Fuel Conditioners and HEATING

Significant fuel savings (and reduced emissions) can be achieved on heating equipment fired by oil, natural gas (methane), propane & butane.

The fuel conditioners are suitable for use on all types of domestic, commercial and industrial oil/gas fired boilers, water heaters, hot air blowers, fires, ovens, kilns, tumble dryers, kitchen equipment, grain dryers, barbecues etc.

Used in schools, offices, homes, bakeries, laundries, foundries, churches, power stations, leisure centres, caravans, swimming pools, meeting halls, horticultural centres, farms, mobile canteens etc.

BENEFITS

Customers using magnetic fuel conditioners on heating equipment typically report one or more of the following:

INCREASED HEAT
The improved combustion provides more heat from the same amount of fuel.

REDUCED FUEL CONSUMPTION
Provided the extra heat is not used for extra performance, fuel consumption will be reduced. It is not possible to predict the level of savings that will be obtained from any particular application as this depends on a number of factors including the types of controls and thermostats etc.

Customers using the fuel conditioners typically report savings in the range of 5-20% (occasionally less, sometimes more – especially with LPG).

REDUCED EMISSIONS
A further benefit of the improved combustion is that lower levels of the more harmful elements of pollutants (including unburnt fuel) are generated.

HOTTER WATER/AIR
Reductions in fuel consumption will only be achieved if the heating equipment is able to use the increased heat to heat the water/air etc, or to perform whatever other task the equipment was designed to do. In some instances, it may be necessary to reduce the fuel flow to the equipment. This is not usually necessary in the case of domestic equipment, but it sometimes required in the case of commercial and industrial applications.

CLEANER APPLIANCES
The carbon crust that can build up in a combustion chamber restricts the airflow and reduces performance. The use of fuel treated by the fuel conditioners helps to reduce and often removes any existing deposits.
This is particularly evident in oil-burning equipment (including equipment such as domestic Aga stoves etc) where, after the fuel conditioners are installed, the tarry deposits normally generated are replaced by a white powder. This is easier and cheaper to clean, and in industrial processes can also obviate the need for plant shutdowns etc.

Fuel Conditioners and ENGINES

Significant fuel savings (and lower emissions) can be achieved on petrol and diesel engines*

(*Benefits are also being reported on engines using “BIO” fuel - vegetable oils and bio-diesel)

The fuel conditioners are suitable for use on all makes and types of petrol and diesel engines and any application - Lorries/trucks, cars, vans, boats, ships, generators, compressors, pumps, cranes, excavators, dumpers, rollers, tractors, mowers, strimmers etc.

BENEFITS
Customers using magnetic fuel conditioners on engines typically report one or more of the following:

INCREASED POWER
The improved combustion provides more power from the same amount of fuel.

REDUCED FUEL CONSUMPTION (typical reports are of 5-20% fuel savings)
Fuel consumption is reduced, provided the improved power is not used for extra performance. Savings vary, depending on a number of factors like driving techniques, weather conditions, engine age, design and condition, etc.

REDUCED EMISSIONS
A further benefit of the improved combustion is that lower levels of the more harmful elements of pollutants (including unburnt fuel) are generated.

SMOOTHER & QUIETER ENGINE
The smoothness and quietness of the engine, together with the increased torque
are often the first benefits to be noticed.

Other benefits that should occur as a consequence of improved combustion include:

CLEANER ENGINE

The carbon crust that generally builds up within the combustion chambers restricts the airflow and reduces performance. Fuel treated by fuel conditioners helps to reduce and often removes this crust.

LONGER PLUG LIFE

Spark Plugs and Glow plugs should stay cleaner and last longer.
